Great Dealership. Great, professionals work there. We bought our G35 two years ago and taking it to service there. We strongly recommend meeting Jerry Pagliassotti from service department. He is great specialist and he will advise you not just what to do – he will tell you what you don’t have to do which is very important. I have been buying new cars for fifty years now and I have had lots of experience with auto service departments all across the U.S., and the one at Mission Viejo Infiniti is so much superior to any department I have ever dealt with that nominating them for the World’s Best is a no-brainer. Here is my story. In October, 2007, I bought an Infiniti G35 Journey sedan from Tustin Infiniti and my nightmare with the service department started immediately. You can read the details at Edmunds by searching for Tustin Infiniti. The Tustin people were truly driving me crazy!! It seemed my choices were three. Drive the car off a cliff, start taking Welbutrin, or finding a new dealer. Fortunately, I chose the third option and it was a very, very good decision. I now have 45,000 miles and three years experience with Mission Viejo Infiniti, and I have ONLY good things to say about their service department. (Note, I have no experience with the sales department.) I also have forty years experience as a management consultant with a worldwide practice so I have had the opportunity to observe a large number of businesses close up, and I do not remember dealing with a better run organization. Don’t take my word for it. Let Jerry, Don and the other guys take care of your Inifiniti. It will turn a part of your life into an extremely pleasant experience.

We have owned Infiniti cars since 2004. We have a QX56, FX35, & an M35. We have loved them all! The service at Infinit MV is the best, actually let me rephrase that. I travel close to 20 miles to service my cars with Jerry Pagliassotti because he shows great integrity and always goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. We have an Infiniti dealer 5 minutes from my house but, trust matters… that’s why we drive to Infiniti of MV. I have dealt with other service people in the past (even at Infiniti MV) and none compare to Jerry. He always gives us honest, fair and consistent service. My husband, son and I are all extremely pleased with the service we have received because we know it is the best! Thanks Jerry for keeping our cars running great!

Bought a certified used 2007 M35 last month. Had been going there for 10 years with three other Infinitis. They know me very well and treated me accordingly. Customer service was superb from beginning to end. Chad Priest understood my situation and worked with me on some delicate financial issues. The test drive, walkthrough of the car features, trade-in and side mirror replacement support was impressive and professional. I would buy a certified car from them again without hesitation.
