I purchased my used G35 here and was treated so well that I get 100% of my service done here. I would highly recommend “Memo” he always make me feel like a VIP. The techs are great, my car is always performing better when I leave and I appreciate the car wash too, nice touch.

My Review of Infiniti of Mission Viejo:
I bought my vehicle at Infiniti of MV about 5 years ago, and have had very positive experiences with the dealer ever since. In particular, I would like to call out the excellent service I always receive when Mr. Tony Beheshti is my service rep. I was recently in for a Perma Plate application to my car. The service department was busy, but Tony was very courteous, attentive, thorough, and did his best to get me “in and out” as quickly as possible, so I could get to my office. I have dealt with most, if not all, of the service reps at this dealership, and consider Tony to be the finest. He truly understands and delivers on excellent customer service!! I look forward to my service visits when Tony is there to greet me and act as my service rep. When I am ready to replace my vehicle, I will look forward to visting Infiniti of MV for a replacement. I would definitly recommend this dealer for both new sales and service.

My Review of Infiniti of Mission Viejo:
I purchased my QX56 from this dealer new a few years ago. The purchase was smooth and fairly fast. But the reason I’m writting this review is the excellent service received each and every time is bring in my QX from Jerry. He knows what needs to be done and I follow his recommendations. His follow up is fantastic and the service done is always ready when I need the car back.

The next time you need your Infinity serviced, bring it to Infinity Mission Viejo and ask for Jerry.

I have purchased many vehicles from various dealerships and by far Infiniti of Mission Viejo has set the benchmark for car buying in my book. They took care of me from the moment I requested help. They did not bombard me like other dealerships while I browsed the lot. Alfredo Roybal answered all of my questions and most importantly got me the deal I wanted. Its been a few months since I have purchased the vehicle and cant express how awesome the follow up process is as well. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Alfredo Roybal for anyone looking for an honest and pleasurable car buying experience.

My Review of Infiniti of Mission Viejo:
I purchased my CPO 2008 G35s 6mt in late Nov. I spent over 2 months looking for that exact car since the 6MT is so rare. The day i test drove and purchased the vehicle it was raining, so i never got much of a chance to “get on it”. After 2 weeks of ownership i noticed the clutch slipping under heavy acceleration. There were a few very minor issues as well, but the clutch really scared me since i knew i would be driving this car hard. After bringing my car to Jerry, he immediatly fixed my minor brake and noise issues, but the techs could not reproduce the clutch slip. After i rode along with the tech, he noticed and agreed that there was a serious problem, and the entire clutch assembly would need replacing. I was expecting an ugly argument over “wear + tear” issues, because clutches are not a warranty item, and the fact that my car was “used”. But to my total surprise, the GM, Dave, approved the complete rebuild at a cost to Infiniti of close to $3000. They also had it fixed within 48hours of me bringing in my car, and provided a complimentary loaner. Instead of making me feel like they did me a favor, they appologized for the inconvenience. In 21 years of car ownership, i have never had a better service experience, period. I strongly recommend this dealership, and Jerry in service to anyone wishing to be treated with the highest level of respect.
