The service is good here if you need something down for your car.  The sales people are well, sales people.  The location is easy to get to and not in a highly congested area so there is plenty of parking.  Any Infinity place I have been to really has been decent.

My Review of Infiniti of Mission Viejo:

I purchased my first Infiniti 8 years ago at Mission Viejo Infiniti and had it serviced there exclusively since then. It was a pleasant buying experince but my loyalty to this dealership was established through the service people, Tony Beheshti and Jerry Pagliassotti. Their integreity and honesty is unmatched and was demonstrated through the unpleasant experience of replacing my first Infiniti after it was totaled. To replace it, I purchased an Infiniti at another dealership. Although the Carfax on the vehicle was clean, I was unaware the service history was otherwise, which the dealer from which I purchased the car didn’t disclose. A week after I purchased it, I had car problems and took it to Jerry Pagliassotti at Mission Viejo Infiniti. He painstakingly went over the vehicle and the vehicle’s service history. He pointed out that the vehicle had been involved in 2 accidents, the last of which involved frame damaage. Fortunately the dealer took the car back for a full refund and I immediately returned to Mission Viejo Infiniti to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned car. We looked at one certified pre-owned vehicle, but Jerry again looked at the vehicle history report, inspected it and recommended that we not purchase it. After test driving another one, Jerry again reviewed the vehicles service history before we purchased it. The salesperson, Mike Bandoumani also was terrific and did a great job making it a pleasant buying experience. I am sold on the product, on the dealer and will not servie my vehicle anywhere else! Jerry Pagliassoti went above and beyond for which I am thankful and remain a loyal customer.

– This review is based on the servicing my vehicle and not relating to sales —

I came in to get my oil tank checked out on my 2009 G37 because it was giving inaccurate readings & wouldn’t fill up correctly. I got assigned to Jerry Pagliassotti. He’s a stand up guy, very straight forward, and helped me out with my situation. He even helped me with other things I requested such as looking for any more flash updates for the 7AT.

Car was brought in Monday and within a couple hours he let me know that there was an issue with the gas tank and that parts would need to be ordered. The parts came in today & I got my car back today as well. Total downtime was only 2 days which is great.

My only complaint would be about the “complimentary vehicle” you get to drive away while your car is in service. Why charge $7 and call it complimentary? That’s like getting something for free, but you need to pay for shipping and handling!

Perhaps Infiniti changed this recently, or it’s by dealership, but Metro Infiniti in Monrovia always offered it for free. Luckily Jerry waived the fee this time around, but I can only hope the next time he will do the same if I need any other work done.

It’s about the principle — not the $$.

I normally hate the car buying experience. Working with Karim Tejani and the team at Mission Viejo Infiniti was a pleasure from the first contact to the follow up phone calls after. The team there did everything they could to make this a good experience. I highly recommend them.
