Jeremy Hagen was Awesome.  The entire teams follow up has been excellent as well.  Just can’t brag enough about the quality in the car, and the knowledge in the folks at Mission Viejo.  After a 3 minute conversation with Jeremy Hagen, I knew my time was well vested purchasing a car with him…we drove from Temecula on one of the only rainy days we see in the year.  Hindsight…I would have driven 400 miles to do business with him and his group. Thanks again for your professionalism Jeremy…solid showing Pal.

Customer review for Cris and Jeremy!

Customer review for Cris and Jeremy!
Rating:

I just bought an 2013 FX37 from Cris and Jeremy.  I had approached two other luxury SUV dealerships before arriving at Infiniti.  At the first two, I saw the salesmen in front of the door, waiting for me to enter.  When I approached Infiniti of Mission Viejo, Cris saw me, came forward, opened the door and greeted me.  The other two dealerships gave me a polite but short test drive and really did not want to answer questions about how the car worked.  Somehow it was not their job description.  At Infiniti of Mission Viejo, Cris took me on a thorough test drive that included the freeway.  That was critical to my understanding that the ratings of poor rear visibility are untrue.  Never have I been so confident in changing lanes on the freeway than in the FX37.  And he explained the basic controls with pride.  After that test drive, I had to hide my excitement about its dynamics.  The difference between the FX37 and the other SUVs I had driven was like night and day.  And the styling is gorgeous.  Now Jeremy came in to negotiate.  At one of the other dealerships, I mentioned my budget and one sales consultant suggested a pre-owned vehicle while another suggested I give up on my preference for AWD and naturally, the navigation package was out of the question.  At Infiniti, I got AWD and the premium package that includes the advanced navigation and audio systems–much more car.  Jeremy was generous with my trade in on behalf of making my deal work.  Then I asked for a mat for the hatch area and got that too.  In the background sales manager, Chad, was finding my car for me and dealing with London for me. Then Cris and Jeremy walked me to the door and held it for me.  The next day was delivery.  The car was there, detailed as they had promised and Jeremy introduced more features and created some settings.  I was also introduced to the head of service, the cashier, and the head of parts.  Each said hello, each had a small present for me.  It was the exceedingly gracious introduction to my new automotive family.  From start to finish, I felt that each person related to me as an individual with focus and attention. I loved the sophisticated level of mutuality and I love my car.

Alfredo has some loyal customers – review about Alfredo and Infiniti MV!
Rating:

Yesterday, I purchased my 3rd car from Alfredo Roybal. If it were not for the fact that he was briefly out of the industry several years ago, today’s effortless experience would have been the acquisition of my 4th car from him. I have known Alfredo Roybal for about 15 years. He has never led me wrong. Whether it was a Chevy Suburban to safely take young soccer players to their games, or my BMW 740iL to drive around Orange County, or today’s purchase at Infinity of Mission Viejo, it is always the same thing with Alfredo – a sense of Trust, Honesty, and Service. When we drove up to the dealership yesterday, Alfredo had the car we had chosen waiting out in front. My wife said, even without a test drive, “That’s the car for us, let’s get it.” When you trust the person making the sale, there is no need for the typical haggling that takes place at a dealership. The entire process of purchase, finance, and trade in – took about an hour. I was sad to turn in our 1998 Q x 4 Infinity SUV because it was still running like new. It was time to make a change. I wish the cars he sold me didn’t last so long because I am already planning to buy my next car with him. To anyone interested in a very pleasant and painless experience in acquiring their next car, I would suggest working with Alfredo Roybal and the team at Infinity of Mission Viejo, California. Chad and Luis have been reviewed on Yelp!
Rating:

Been shopping around several Infiniti dealerships within the 50 mile radius and this one was the BEST out of the batch. These guys were great to work with from start to finish.  They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were calling around and Chad who was the sales manager gave us the best pricing upfront. I was tired of dealerships beating around the bush when it came down to numbers but Chad was able to give the most aggressive pricing in southern Cali area. He followed up with a phone call the next day to schedule an appointment with us.

We worked with Chad and Luis and they were an excellent duo. I had been car shopping without my wife and when I had told them that I would come back the next day in order for her to accompany me, never once were they pushy about their sales. On top of that, we had a plethora of questions and they patiently answered every single one of them without leaving us feeling uneasy. My wife and I were in and out of the dealership within an hour! This was such a pleasant car buying experience and I highly recommend going to Chad and Luis. Thank you guys!

Customer review about the Infiniti MV Service Dept. and answer from Infiniti MV!

Customer review about the Infiniti MV Service Dept. and answer from Infiniti MV!
Rating:

I had been happy with this place (the staff is generally friendly and courteous) until i had to deal with the service department.  I recently  took in my G35 for an oil change and asked to have a check up done as i thought my car was idling a bit rough and was told I needed a ridiculous amount of unneeded parts and services.  I had a very good idea that I was being lied to so I took my car to a reputable mechanic (bring your car to Empire Auto in Santa Ana for true honesty – look at their reviews) and they confirmed my suspicions.  Here is a list of the stuff I was told I needed by Infiniti –

1. REPLACEMENT OF SPARK PLUGS.
2. Replace rear brake pads and replace rear brake rotors (3mm or less (disc brakes))
3. Replace battery (Battery fails performance test)
4. Replace air filter element (Found air cleaner element to be dirty)
5. Replace fuel damper (fuel damper making noise)
6. Replace all drive drive belts (Found all drive belts in poor condition)
7. Replace left rear sway-bar link (Found control arm bushings worn/loose)
8. Replace right rear sway-bar link (Found control arm bushings worn/loose)
9. Perform power steering system fluid exchange service (Found power steering fluid to be dirty/contaminated)
10. Perform brake system fluid exchange (Found brake fluid to be dirty/contaminated)
11. Replace right valve cover gasket (oil leak)
12. Replace left valve cover gasket (oil leak)
13. Replace lower control arm (Found control arm bushings worn/loose)

Of this list the only items I needed were the first 4.  What is truly amazing to me is the extent and audacity of the dishonesty.  The items that didn’t need to be repaired/replaced are not only in working order, in all cases they are in excellent working order.  The belts show no wear, the valve cover gaskets are not leaking any oil, the power steering fluid “looks like what it would look like if I put new fluid in there”  (from the guy I ended up bringing it to), and the suspension parts (nos. 7, 8, 13) show absolutely no signs of distress.  You would think if Infiniti was going to be dishonest they’d do a better job of it.  Why not only add on a couple of items so that a million red flags don’t immediately go off? I mean seriously, these guys are sickening. Trying to steal nearly $4k through outright deceit is unforgivable. I’m not saying you’ll be lied to every time you go here, all I’m saying is that the service department here is no better than most typical service departments you’ve been to – there are some dishonest people that work here that will attempt to take you for as much money as possible when they think the opportunity presents itself so you’re taking your chances.
