6-Time Family Yelps About Michael Norris

I just bought a certified pre-owned 2010 G37 from Mike Norris and could not be happier.  My dad has leased 5 cars from this dealership and has had outstanding service each and every time.  With that in mind, i felt comfortable branching out into the luxury car world.  Mike Norris made my husband and i feel right at home.  They were true to their word and came through on all of their pricing and promises.  Buying the car was far less stressful thanks to Mike and his team.  I truly feel that Mike cares about his customers.  He is definitely someone that knows his stuff and will not steer you in the wrong direction.  I look forward to sending friends and family his way!

My experience with IMV did not start off so well, but they took care of all that. I would have given 5 stars accros the bord if it were not for the first two people i dealt with. I highly recomend dealing directly with sales manager Chad oland salesman Robert Tovar. They took great care of us and made us feel like VIPs even though we were buying used. They got us a great deal on a great car and in a way that makes us want to come back to them again. They have gone above and beyond with making sure we know how to use all the options and are happy.

Key pairing problems

I bought my car here, and had all the service work done for 2 years. Last time I brought my car for repairs that took 2 week, my second set of keys were no longer paired with the car. After calling 4 times I finally meet with the service manager. He started saying things like maybe I dropped my keys in the water, maybe my battery was dead, etc. He admitted he had checked all that and none of it happened. That right there told me he was shady, why bring it up if you already knew it wasn’t true. So then he started claiming it was normal for the keys to lose pairing, that is happens all the time with the car. Well I talked to 3 other dealerships and there service manager. All 3 of them have said that the car is paired to the keys, the keys aren’t paired with the car. The only way the car will lose pairing is if the car is reprogrammed. This dealership for some reason paired my keys and didn’t have the second set. Instead of just admitting they did something they tried to charge me $130 to pair them again, so my second set works. Instead I took my car to another dealership that charge me half of that, and they told me what I already knew that they ripped me off. They tired to get me to pay $130 to fix what they did. In the long run they cost themselves a lot more money. I won’t be buying my next car from them, and no longer doing my service work there. I will also make sure no one I know does either.
