Jerry Pagliassotti Earns Another High Rated Review

I can’t say enough about Jerry Pagliassotti in the service department. He makes each and every scheduled service quick and painless. My car is going on 9 years old Jerry is very upfront and honest about which services I need and which I could do without (i.e. burned out lights, faulty or failing sensors, etc…) In fact, I recently brought in my car for normal service and brought to their attention that my passenger seat was not able to recline any longer. The original service person I was given didn’t even look at the seat. He simply said that the electrical switch had gone bad and tried to get me to pay $250-$300 to fix it!!!! I went to Jerry shortly there after and he took the time to actually go out and look at the problem. He noticed that the switch was actually still functional, but there was some dirt and debris that was blocking the connection. He recommended my buying a can of electric contact solution and spraying it in the switch…… THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!! I spent $8 to fix a problem that someone else told me would cost upwards of $300. That’s the type of service and professionalism I have come to expect from him. And that is what keeps me coming back to their service center.
