I bought my car here, and had all the service work done for 2 years.  Last time I brought my car for repairs that took 2 week, my second set of keys were no longer paired with the car.  After calling 4 times I finally meet with the service manager.  He started saying things like maybe I dropped my keys in the water, maybe my battery was dead, etc.  He admitted he had checked all that and none of it happened.  That right there told me he was shady, why bring it up if you already knew it wasn’t true.  So then he started claiming it...

I’m letting everyone know that the service department does not honor their 12months,12.000 warranty as it states on the back of their repair order. Mission Viejo Infiniti put on new front brake pads and new rotors 11months ago with 5700 miles on the new brakes. They completely wore out damaging the rotors.
